**Job Summary**

Circet UK is seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planner to join our team in Selkirk, Scotland. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning and management of our resources to meet client forecasts and targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Daily Performance Analysis**: Analyze reports and data to assess the effectiveness of our parameters, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
  • **Route Optimization**: Maximize routes to cover the most jobs with the minimum number of engineers, minimizing mileage and fuel costs.
  • **Unplanned Jobs**: Work with the Field and Service Centre teams to cover unplanned jobs and ensure timely completion.
  • **Process Improvement**: Set up and own processes to support current systems, meet targets, and maintain all systems up to date.
  • **Stakeholder Communication**: Provide daily reporting to stakeholders after review from CPS, and communicate with engineers/AOO's to discuss routes as required.
  • **System Management**: Raise system issues to the IT Helpdesk or external parties, and monitor scripts within the calendar setup.
  • **Forecasting**: Load forecasts to client expectations and SLA's after training, and report on SLA's and utilization to Operations and Stakeholders.
  • **Workforce Optimization**: Oversee Workforce Optimisers output, coach, and develop team members as required.
  • **Training and Development**: Identify training needs within the team, proactively plan to cover gaps, and undertake additional external courses as required.

**Knowledge Requirements**

  • GCSE grade or Scottish equivalent.
  • Competent on Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical/critical thinker/problem solver.
  • Good working knowledge of work management systems and Windows (Excel/Word).
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures.
  • Sound Telecommunication Knowledge.
  • Effective Leadership and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively.
  • Professional & technical expertise, enthusiastic, passionate, patient, and a critical thinker.
  • Good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending on emergency situations.
  • Recognize people's right to privacy and dignity, treating every person with respect.
  • Willingness to embrace an integrated model and new ways of working.
  • Responsible for keeping safe any personal information, not transferring any data without the appropriate safeguards.
  • Aware of physical security of data and use encryptions and passwords to protect it.
  • Reporting any possible security breaches to the IT department immediately.
  • Complying with relevant policies which guide the Circet processes.
