About the Role
Circet UK is seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planner to join our team in Selkirk, Scotland. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning and management of our resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Analyze reports and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with our IT department to review and test new software and tools to support our operations.
- Work closely with our field teams to ensure seamless execution of plans and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain processes to support our current systems and meet business objectives.
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date and meet business needs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on progress and performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our field teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- GCSE grade or Scottish equivalent.
- Competent in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Good working knowledge of work management systems and Windows.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures.
- Sound Telecommunication Knowledge.
- Effective Leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others effectively.
- Professional & technical expertise, enthusiastic, passionate, patient, and a critical thinker.
- Good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending on emergency situations.
- Recognize people's right to privacy and dignity, treating every person with respect.
- Willingness to embrace an integrated model and new ways of working.
- Responsible for keeping safe any personal information, not transferring any data without the appropriate safeguards.
- Aware of physical security of data and use encryptions and passwords to protect it.
- Report any possible security breaches to the IT department immediately.
- Comply with relevant policies which guide the Circet processes.
