**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Timetabling Specialist to join our team at University College London. As a key member of the Timetabling Services, you will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and improvement of UCL's timetabling service.

The role holder will contribute their timetabling delivery expertise to other Student and Registry Services teams, the Timetabling Product team, and Estates teams to meet the evolving needs of the institution.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality timetables, ensuring that they meet the needs of students, staff, and faculty members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of UCL's timetabling strategy
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality timetables
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of timetabling services
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in timetabling or a related field
  • Strong understanding of timetabling principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Range:

£52,487 - £61,534 per annum, depending on experience.
