Salary: £145,000 per year

About the Role
The Head of Client Engagement and Development will lead key initiatives related to client success, such as team management, resource optimization, and client satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring seamless project execution. The successful candidate will also focus on process improvement, risk management, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • LEAD CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES

  • MONITOR AND ENHANCE CLIENT SATISFACTION
  • COLLABRATE WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP ON BUSINESS STRATEGY
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE GROWTH
  • Oversight of Project Management Processes
  • ONGOING PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND RISK MANAGEMENT
