About the Role

We are seeking a Deputy Head of Well-being to join our team at London Borough of Redbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and administering the well-being offer within our school. This will involve working with individuals and groups to provide a broad and dynamic approach to wellbeing in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a well-being strategy that meets the needs of our students and staff
  • Work with individuals and groups to provide support and guidance on emotional health and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to wellbeing across the school
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the well-being offer and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Training, experience, or qualifications in working with children and young people
  • Experience in a role that involved safeguarding
  • Ability to work with individuals and groups to provide support and guidance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
