**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join our award-winning team at Cherryred, a leading high-end restaurant in South West London. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive kitchen efficiency and productivity, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to create innovative menus, showcasing the best of seasonal ingredients and expert culinary techniques.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
