About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Support Administrator to join our Asda Service Centre Finance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering great customer service to the Asda Trading team, using established processes and ways of working. You will provide analytical support and attention to detail, working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service - responding to requests from the Trading team and providing support to internal customers
  • Develop Strong Working Relationships - building relationships with colleagues and customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Analyse and Interpret Data - using analytical skills to support business decisions and improve processes
  • Manage Priorities and Workload - effectively managing your workload and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel and Analytical Skills - able to analyse and interpret data to support business decisions
  • Strong Communication and Influencing Skills - able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and influence at all levels
