About the Role

We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to join our dynamic team at Arguile Search. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. As a key member of our hybrid team, you will support and lead contract management, providing essential advice across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial and contractual support, including bidding, risk management, and contract negotiations.
  • Advise on complex contracts, and provide innovative commercial solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with overall business goals, contributing to growth and innovation strategies.

About You:

  • Proven experience in commercial management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business objectives forward.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + 10% bonus. Hybrid working with flexibility, generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and health benefits.
