Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Security Team Leader to join our team in the Chester area. This senior role will be responsible for leading a security team, managing patrols, and ensuring excellent customer care skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the security team effectively
  • Ensure all patrols are completed and logged accurately
  • Supervise all staff members on site and promote a positive work environment
  • Represent the business in a professional manner at all times
  • Patrol the premises and report any faults or issues promptly
  • Conduct work permit checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


Requirements:
  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guarding Licence is essential
  • Hold a driving licence
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required
  • A suitable method of transport must be available
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills are necessary
  • The ability to work unsocial hours is also required


Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
