About the Role

  • Belong, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in Chester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional leadership and coaching to a team of dedicated support workers, as well as overseeing medication management.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a dementia care setting, a strong understanding of customer needs, and excellent planning and organisational skills.

Job Description
  • Provide professional leadership and coaching to a team of support workers
  • Oversee medication management and ensure accurate records are kept
  • Ensure customer plans are up-to-date and reflect individual needs
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in Care (or working towards)
  • Experience in a dementia care setting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
