Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to join our Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Triptease.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand generation initiatives from start to finish, driving brand awareness and generating high-quality leads.
  • Owning and refining existing channels like email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC. Explore and test new channels to expand our reach and improve ROI.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel using A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Achieving deep expertise in AI and automation platforms in marketing efforts.
  • Crafting personalised and targeted marketing campaigns using first-party and third-party data.
  • Employing Account-Based Marketing tactics and hyper-personalisation to engage key accounts and specific audience segments.
  • Initiating new projects that introduce innovative concepts into our marketing mix.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Executing multi-channel campaigns across SEO, email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, out-of-home media, and direct mail.
  • Managing lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel, re-engage dormant leads, and reduce churn rates.
  • Monitoring the health of the marketing funnel and maintaining the marketing database for targeted campaigns.
  • Leveraging HubSpot to its full potential for website management, form creation, contact data maintenance, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Allocating and managing the marketing budget effectively across various channels and campaigns.
  • Measuring and reporting campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Staying updated on the latest marketing technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing roles preferably within a B2B environment.
  • High proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Make.com or similar.
  • Strong understanding of ABM tactics and hyper-personalisation.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all functions of our business.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of initiating successful projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools.
  • Knowledge of database management and funnel optimisation.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
