Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious high-end dining pub and restaurant in the Cotswolds.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will assist the Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine to AA rosette standard for our restaurant and private functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for career development and growth, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and plating
  • Work closely with junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic kitchen team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-end dining kitchen, ideally to AA rosette levels
  • Ability to work unsupervised and lead a junior team
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ambition to work in a top kitchen and progress your career
