Sales Manager for Innovative Building Products

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Manager for innovative building products. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our newly patented structural insulated panel technology into regional housebuilders and housing associations.

You will be working closely with our marketing team to develop strategic business development within the construction market, while providing technical support to clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field sales role selling emerging technology in structurally insulated panelised walls
  • Promoting new products to regional housebuilders and housing associations
  • Helping our client develop into the housebuilding and social housing markets
  • Winning 'pilot' projects with targeted housing developers
  • Providing technical support to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven field sales track record in business development within the housebuilding and housing associations sectors
  • Preferably sold structural building products such as timber frame or related
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to convey complex information
  • Mature outlook and excellent organisation skills
