About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Governance Specialist to join our CTO Governance function at Virgin Media O2 Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing change governance support that ensures decision-making, accountability, and reporting are consistent across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive greater efficiency and a higher likelihood of success in achieving desired outcomes.
  • Identify and support continuous business improvements opportunities.
  • Help support the way we work to improve quality and reduce cost.
  • Drive best practice and ensure consistency in decision-making, accountability, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience/understanding of programme and project management delivery and frameworks.
  • Performance monitoring experience: monitor performance against standards, milestones, including OKRs and broader performance metrics.
  • Displays high levels of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in all situations, with demonstrable evidence of being adaptable and agile in approach.
