Apprentice Engineer in a Dynamic Environment

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Engineer. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of plant and equipment
- Diagnostics and repair of faults
- Development of skills in electrical and mechanical engineering
- Liaising with colleagues and management
You will also have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including automation and new product development.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be 18 years or over by September 1st 2025 due to the residential requirement of the first year of study
- To be able to be flexible around work patterns, including shifts, weekends, and evenings (from year 3 onwards)
- Excellent analytical skills and enjoy problem-solving with a logical and structured approach
- Passion, drive, and commitment to complete a 4-year apprenticeship with a genuine interest in engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
