Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will be working in a Primary school in the Tower Hamlets area, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), challenging behaviour, and learning difficulties.

The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to pupils who require additional help. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working in a Primary school setting
* Proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach
* Ability to work with children with SEN, challenging behaviour, and learning difficulties
