Academic Instructor of Sports and Public Services

Gi Group is seeking a qualified Lecturer in Sports and Public Services to join our team. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to students of all levels and abilities.
- Prepare students for higher levels of study and the world of work by developing specific vocational work and employability skills.
- Provide pre and on-course guidance to support learners in achieving successful outcomes.
- Take overall responsibility for the academic and pastoral care of a group or groups, including arranging support requirements for students.
- Appropriate level teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Experience delivering fitness and sporting activities, both indoor and outdoor.
- Ability to use flexible and innovative methods of delivery.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people receiving education and training.
