Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Childcare Practitioners to join our client's team in the Oxfordshire area.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.


About the Role

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and supporting children's learning development.

They will also have a relevant qualification or experience in childcare or education and be able to work well under pressure.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning development.
  • Build strong relationships with parents & other members of the team.
