We are seeking an experienced and skilled OFSTED Registered Manager to join our team at Executive Connect LTD in Gloucester.
Your Role:As an OFSTED Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day running of services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with our team to provide support and life experiences to service users, based on the six basic values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage services in accordance with Care Quality Commission regulations
- Ensure that support workers, senior support workers, and deputy managers understand and respond to individual needs
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly auditing to evidence quality and compliance
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence within the team
- 2 years' experience as a children's home manager
- Experience of going through an OFSTED inspection
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary: £50,000 per annum
