Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our District training team at Sja's West. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the District Training Lead and other Training Officers to deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Unit Training Leads to develop and implement effective training plans that align with organisational objectives.
  2. Oversee the maintenance and management of training equipment and resources at units.
  3. Ensure that all necessary training materials and resources are available to support unit training.
  4. Support the induction and ongoing development of Unit Training Leads, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  5. Attend training meetings and district leadership meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making.

As a Training Officer at Sja's West, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development of our clinical teams and help shape the future of our organisation.
