Job Title: Technical Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our Exeter office on a full-time and permanent basis. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT training across our business, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and IT Project and Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver IT training programs to meet the needs of our employees
* Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop training content and materials
* Provide training on new software packages and systems
* Tailor training to meet the needs of different audiences
* Promote our house style for document formatting and storage

Requirements:

* A sound level of experience in IT training, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
* A good knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word
* Evidence of undertaking a professional training qualification
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for building effective working relationships
