Train Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Train Operations Specialist to join our team at Great Western Railway (GWR). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality rail service across our network.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our trains, working closely with our drivers and other teams to deliver a first-class experience for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality rail service across our network
- Work closely with our drivers and other teams to ensure smooth train operations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to passenger queries
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
