About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Driver Training Capability Team as a Driver Training Administrator. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all administrative duties associated with the Driver Training and Development Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and escalate general Helpdesk queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Book hotel accommodation and internal/external classroom bookings as required.
  • Facilitate catering requirements and arrange candidate transport.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked office environment.
  • Complete a weekly department status sheet to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to follow process and perform repetitive tasks to a consistently high standard.
  • Able to work methodically with a good eye for detail.
  • Able to apply a flexible approach to work, with the ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Able to work under pressure, problem solve, and cope with competing and changing demands.
