Business Development Manager - Live Event Partnerships

We are seeking a commercial and driven salesperson to join our growing team and push partnerships to the next level. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth by building strategic partnerships with brands across the portfolio of live music events and festivals across the UK.

  • Maximise revenue and new business opportunities through external agencies and partnerships.
  • Plan, implement, and execute the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Use data-driven insights to stay ahead of market trends and refine personal goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a New Business role in Brand Partnerships.
  • A network of brands across F&B, retail, finance, and other sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, closing large-scale deals.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet ambitious targets.
