Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Iberdrola Renewables. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely and effectively in the electricity supply industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for electrical and mechanical staff, including craft skills and authorisation training.
  2. Lead the design, development, and delivery of operational safety programs to meet stringent industry standards.
  3. Monitor and review training delivery methods to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
  4. Promote a learning environment that encourages the effective utilisation of various training solutions, including traditional classroom, e-learning, project work, and distance learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess demonstrable experience as a Senior Authorised Person, with knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical technical courses. You will also need to hold a full driving licence, as there may be a requirement to travel to additional sites to deliver training.
