We're a dynamic and innovative company that's passionate about building a beauty community for all. As a Senior Customer Service Specialist (Counter Sales Manager), you'll play a vital role in leading our retail team to deliver outstanding sales results and customer experiences.
Job Details
This is a part-time role working approximately 30 hours per week, with a competitive salary of around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll be based in one of our stores, working closely with the Area Manager and other teams to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ensuring accurate stock management, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to the Area Manager promptly.
Requirements
