In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Agile Delivery/Project Management chapter to provide crucial visibility to the business regarding roadmap deliveries, risks, and change impacts. Your support will be instrumental in driving excellence and innovation in our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and govern new initiative and backlog requests to and from technology partners/suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Agile Delivery/Project Management chapter to provide crucial visibility to the business regarding roadmap deliveries, risks, and change impacts.
  • Support the Chapter on their continuous improvement journey, whether through enhancements to structure, processes, deliverables, tooling, or people.

Requirements

  • Two years+ project analysis, prioritisation and co-ordination experience is essential.
  • Having experience within stakeholder management and working cross-functionally to be able to understand the needs and considerations of various teams is key to being successful in this role.
  • Comfortable clarifying requirements for new project requests if they are unclear.
  • Being able to demonstrate experience with coordination and delivering change in Project Management.
  • Planning and road-mapping presentation skills is critical in this role.
