Job Title: Data Administrator for Education Sector

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Administrator for the education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with school data systems, support staff, and collaborate effectively across departments to deliver reliable data that supports strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain data systems: Ensure accuracy in student information systems (SIS), attendance records, grades, and more.
  • Generate and analyse reports: Provide insights and statistical analysis for school leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support school staff: Assist teachers and administrators with data-related queries and software training.

Requirements:
  • Experience in data administration: Familiarity with school data systems like SIMS, Arbor, or PowerSchool is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy in handling sensitive and high-volume data is critical.
  • Strong IT skills: Proficiency in Excel, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain technical data processes to non-technical staff.

Location: This role is based in Sheffield, offering easy access to public transportation and a welcoming, community-focused school setting.

Salary & Benefits:
