Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Administrator to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vital data systems, generating reports, and supporting school staff with data-related queries.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as generous annual leave entitlement aligned with school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain data systems, ensuring accuracy in student information systems, attendance records, grades, and more.
  2. Generate and analyse reports, providing insights and statistical analysis for school leadership and external stakeholders.
  3. Support school staff, assisting teachers and administrators with data-related queries and software training.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in data administration, familiarity with school data systems like SIMS, Arbor, or PowerSchool.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in handling sensitive and high-volume data.
  • Strong IT skills, proficiency in Excel, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical data processes to non-technical staff.
