We are seeking an experienced Casino Manager or existing Operations Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing performance in all areas of the casino, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver high-quality experiences to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent product and customer experience while upholding the principles of safer gambling through all gaming activities in the casino.
  • Support the Management Team in driving the performance of the casino, measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
  • Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Help build a highly capable management team who are fanatical about safer gambling, customer excellence, and a quality product.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of a strong team of multi-skilled employees, ensuring they deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
  • Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Ensure the casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling.
  • Perform Duty Manager responsibility as per the weekly management rota.
  • Conduct and record EDD and RG conversations with customers.
  • Be responsible for Customer Experience and Satisfaction Targets.
  • Train and develop the Gaming Team with personal Development Plans in place for direct reports.
  • Review labour costs and contracted hours for the gaming team.
  • Manage gaming Revenue and Margin targets as well as Electronic Gaming revenues (where applicable).
