SEN Learning Support Specialist Wanted

ClassRoom Support is committed to providing high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at an SEN school near Longfield in the New Ash Green area.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves providing individualized support to students with diverse SEN needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement learning plans that cater to each student's unique requirements.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning experiences.
- Providing one-to-one support to students during lessons and activities.
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with students with SEN or similar learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
