Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that promotes our luxury goods and enhances brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, designers, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform brand strategy and product development.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our target audience to drive brand relevance and resonance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Develop and manage brand campaigns and initiatives across all channels, including email, social media, advertising, and events.
  • Analyse the success of brand campaigns and initiatives, using data to continually optimise our brand strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating these into our brand strategy to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in brand management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to measuring success and optimising strategies.
