Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that promotes our luxury goods and enhances brand reputation.

- Gain a deep understanding of our target audience to drive brand relevance and resonance.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Develop and manage brand campaigns and initiatives across all channels, including email, social media, advertising, and events.
- Analyse the success of brand campaigns and initiatives, using data to continually optimise our brand strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating these into our brand strategy to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in brand management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to measuring success and optimising strategies.
