Children North East is a leading children's charity in the North East region, working to ensure that all babies, children, and young people are happy, healthy, and valued.
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to support our Operational Development Director in driving forward our current work and developing new strategies to meet our ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our internal voice offer to babies, children, young people, and families.
- Support the development, implementation, and sales of our training offer across the North East through a new online platform.
- Conduct thorough research on potential new areas of work, scoping current issues and trends that affect babies, children, and young people.
- Drive forward our current work across the North East region with support from the Operations Director and Operational Development Director.
- Work alongside the Operations Development Director and Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work.
- Develop project targets and KPIs to ensure that our development work has a clear focus and is driven by the strategic vision of the organisation.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring a range of skills and expertise to this role. You will have a strong understanding of the North East region and its communities, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
You will be a strong communicator and team player, able to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation to drive forward our work.
