Bioinformatics Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Bioinformatics Research Assistant with a strong background in computational biology and genomics to join our team at Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London.
The ideal candidate will have experience in next-generation sequencing data analysis, particularly in cancer diagnostics. A solid understanding of statistical methods for robust data analysis of biological/genomic data is essential.
Responsibilities include contributing to the development of software infrastructure to support liquid biopsy next-generation sequencing data analysis for cancer diagnostics.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with access to a generous pension scheme, 30 days' leave per annum (pro-rata for part-time/fixed-term), and a range of personal and professional development opportunities.
