Job Title: Year 4 SEN Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 4 SEN Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a passionate educator, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our deaf students.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in education or a related subject. Experience working with children with special needs is essential, and training as a Teacher of the Deaf is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Year 4 students in a deaf provision setting
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of deaf students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs
