  • Managing and resolving employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters through fair and transparent processes.
  • Monitoring HR-related best practices and legislative developments and advising senior management on the implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse workforce at all levels.
  • Proven success in resolving employee issues.
  • Proactive and enterprising approach, able to suggest and implement improvements to senior management regarding HR procedures and the wider organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all mediums, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and summarize complex information.
", "Experience & Qualifications": "

You will need to hold a formal training qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, BTEC Award Level 3) and a CIPD Diploma. Ideally, you will also hold the TAQA award in assessing vocational achievement Level 3.

Minimum 2 years' experience within a HR role, preferably within the passenger transport, logistics, education, care, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors.
