Senior Quality Manager in Food Production

Location:Tamworth, Staffordshire

Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join their senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the quality function and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards.

You will have a strong background in quality management, with experience of managing teams and implementing quality control systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures
  • Manage and motivate a team of quality professionals
  • Implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
