Key Responsibilities

The Technical Quality Lead will be responsible for ensuring the food safety, quality, and legality of all products. This includes updating and maintaining the Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management Systems on site.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the application and implementation of all relevant safety, quality systems, customer compliance system & legal requirements.
  • Lead the HACCP team, HACCP manual and running of HACCP team meetings.
  • Ownership of the VACCP and TACCP team, manual and protocols.
  • Oversee NPD work and paperwork from a technical/quality viewpoint.
  • Ensure all aspects of the technical management of the site are being met.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality/Technical Manager having worked ideally in a chilled food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification (E.g. Food Science etc.) and Level 3 HACCP & Food Safety as a minimum.

Working Arrangements

The role will involve working variable days and hours, with the expectation that the candidate will design their own schedule loosely standard business hours.
