Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and business operations.
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
