The National Composites Centre is seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Process Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of advanced composite materials and manufacturing processes for our Aerospace division.

Our salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive health and wellbeing program.

This role involves leading the development of advanced composite materials and manufacturing processes, ensuring the structural integrity and innovation of our products.
