Integral UK is currently recruiting a Residential Maintenance Engineer to work on one of our prestigious client sites in London Mayfair. This high-end building serves as a mixed commercial, retail, and residential complex, making it an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

About the Role

This is an excellent chance to join our team and contribute to maintaining the mechanical and electrical equipment at this esteemed property. As a Residential Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch engineering support, ensuring the building's infrastructure runs smoothly. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.

We are looking for an individual with approved apprenticeship or equivalent experience within Building Services. Excellent communication skills, formal qualifications in mechanical engineering, and intermediate computer literacy are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience as an end user of Building Management Systems, be self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all systems within the buildings effectively and efficiently
  • Issue relevant site Permits as part of the Safe System of Work
  • Complete PPM and reactive tasks, updating the system accordingly
  • Ensure daily tours are completed, reporting any defects via the Landlord helpdesk
  • Identify materials required and complete internal Materials Request Forms
  • Comply with statutory and company health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
