Job Overview
CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Lead Maintenance Engineer to work at a prestigious luxury residential development in West London. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in commercial/property building maintenance.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, and overtime opportunities.

Job Description
As a Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, installation, and fault-finding across the site. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, inspections, and upgrades.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and incident logs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Level 2 and 3 City & Guilds/NVQ qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
