Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM property company based in London. As a Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of commercial properties, ensuring that all facilities are safe and functional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance and excellent customer service skills.

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, with overtime available. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a company pension scheme.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in high-end residential properties. They will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large luxury development site, working closely with the maintenance team on site.

  • Lighting - Installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers - Re-set
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
  • General building fabric
Requirements
  • Electrically or Mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Happy to cover a large site
  • Ideally experience in High End Residential
  • Honest, hard working and reliable
