Director of People Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned People Director to drive our global people strategy, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will oversee recruitment, retention, learning, and development initiatives, building a high-performing workforce across all regions.
Talent Management- Develop and implement talent management processes to identify and nurture future leaders.
- Lead succession planning and foster leadership development at all levels, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of rapid growth.
You will ensure that HR services are customer-focused, lean, and fit for purpose. From employee relations to workforce planning, you will lead a professional HR function that supports all areas of the business, contributing to overall efficiency and success.
Employee EngagementYou will spearhead initiatives to increase employee engagement, including staff surveys, feedback mechanisms, and well-being programs. Your efforts will help cultivate a workplace where employees feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.

Requirements- Significant experience at Director or senior leadership level in Human Resources.
- Proven track record of building and executing people strategies that drive success within rapid growth environments.
- Expert knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives around workforce planning and retention, as well as complex employee relations issues.
- Ability to balance a unified global people strategy with local flexibility and navigate the complexities of managing international teams.
