About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned People Director to spearhead our global people strategy, driving business growth and success through talent acquisition, retention, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our global growth objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment, retention, learning, and development of top talent across all regions.
  • Drive a culture of engagement, accountability, and innovation, fostering a high-performing workforce.
  • Build and oversee talent management processes, identifying and nurturing future leaders.
  • Collaborate with the board and senior leadership team to design effective organizational structures and development strategies.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of rapid growth.
  • Ensure HR services are customer-focused, lean, and fit for purpose, contributing to overall efficiency and success.
  • Spearhead initiatives to increase employee engagement, including staff surveys, feedback mechanisms, and well-being programs.
  • Lead our diversity and inclusion agenda, promoting equality of opportunity and a diverse workforce.

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and executing people strategies in rapid growth environments.
  • Global mindset, progressive approach, with experience working in multinational environments.
  • Deep HR expertise, including employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Change management expertise, with experience leading large, complex change programs.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven success in complex negotiations and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
