People Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People Director to join our executive team at Impact X. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our global growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of a people strategy that drives business success and supports our global growth objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, learning, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce across all regions.
- Drive a culture that embodies engagement, accountability, and innovation, and lead cultural transformation initiatives as needed.
- Build and oversee the implementation of talent management processes that identify and nurture future leaders, and lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Work closely with the board and senior leadership team to design effective organizational structures and development strategies that support our long-term business goals.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of rapid growth, and ensure that HR services are customer-focused, lean, and fit for purpose.
- Spearhead initiatives to increase employee engagement, including staff surveys, feedback mechanisms, and well-being programs, and cultivate a workplace where employees feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
- Lead our diversity and inclusion agenda, ensuring that our policies and practices promote equality of opportunity and a diverse workforce that enriches our organization.
- Extensive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and executing people strategies that drive success within rapid growth environments.
- Global mindset, progressive approach, with experience working in multinational environments and navigating the complexities of managing international teams.
- Deep HR expertise, including expert knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Change management expertise, with experience leading large, complex change programs, from organizational restructuring to cultural transformation.
- Strategic thinker, able to think big-picture and long-term, aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, with proven success in complex negotiations.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a proven track record of promoting equality of opportunity and a diverse workforce.
