People Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People Director to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that aligns with our global growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of a people strategy that drives business growth and success.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, learning, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
- Drive a culture that embodies engagement, accountability, and innovation.
- Build and oversee the implementation of talent management processes to identify and nurture future leaders.
- Work closely with the board and senior leadership team to design effective organisational structures and development strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of rapid growth.
- Ensure that HR services are customer-focused, lean, and fit for purpose.
- Spearhead initiatives to increase employee engagement, including staff surveys, feedback mechanisms, and well-being programmes.
- Lead our diversity and inclusion agenda to promote equality of opportunity and a diverse workforce.
- Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably at Director or senior leadership level.
- Global mindset and progressive approach to HR.
- Deep HR expertise, including employment law, HR best practices, and organisational development.
- Change management expertise, including leading large-scale initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with ability to align people strategies with business goals.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Proven success in complex negotiations.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
