As a valued member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to the Site Manager, Service Support Manager, and Assistant Support Manager in managing various services across our site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage catering, hospitality, and vending contracts, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular audits of food safety and hygiene practices, documenting results and implementing improvements.
  • Support the maintenance of conference centre equipment, ensuring timely repairs and updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
