Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Food and Beverage Services to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- To ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- To manage and coordinate the work of contractors and vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
