Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Description:We are seeking an ambitious Culinary Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations
- Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve food presentation and quality
- Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
- Have experience supervising a team in a similar role
- Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
